Facility Rental Agreement

• Reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.
• Rental options include hourly, half day, and full day reservations.
• A $100 security deposit is required and may be withheld for damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of facility policies.
• Rental fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by The Harbor Event Center.
• The renter agrees to return the facility in substantially the same condition it was received.
• The Harbor staff will conduct a walkthrough after the event and secure the facility upon departure.

Facility Policies

Decorations. Permitted: balloons, flowers, and table decorations. Not permitted: nails, screws, staples, holes in walls, confetti cannons, and sparklers.

Smoking. No smoking or vaping inside the facility.

Music. Music must end by 10:00 PM. The facility must be vacated by 11:00 PM.

Children. Adult supervision is always required.

Animals. Service animals and emotional support animals are permitted.

Weapons. Firearms are prohibited.

Vendors & Commercial Kitchen

• Outside catering is welcome, provided all applicable permits and licenses are obtained.
• Food trucks are welcome and must obtain all required permits and approvals, if necessary.
• Commercial Kitchen use is available as a separate rental and requires prior approval from Harbor administration.
• Outside vendors must provide proof of liability insurance upon request.

Hold Harmless & Damage Responsibility

• The renter agrees to assume responsibility for the conduct of all guests, vendors, and attendees during the rental period.
• The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Northside Worship Center, Inc., DBA The Harbor, its officers, employees, volunteers, and representatives from claims arising out of the renter's use of the facility, except to the extent caused by the venue's own negligence or as otherwise provided by applicable Florida law.
• The renter is responsible for damage caused by guests, vendors, decorations, equipment, or misuse of the facility.
• Repairs or cleaning costs exceeding the security deposit remain the renter's responsibility.

Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I have received and read this Facility Use & Rental Agreement for The Harbor Event Center. I agree to comply with all facility policies and understand that failure to do so may result in forfeiture of my security deposit, cancellation of my event, or additional charges for damages or excessive cleaning.
